Sarah Murphy is the Recruitment Manager at ADG Group NQ, where she leads end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation for FIFO and residential roles across operational sites. Her role includes candidate sourcing and screening, onboarding and compliance coordination, medical and site access requirements, stakeholder liaison, and continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance candidate experience and workforce readiness.

Sarah brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to workforce development, having worked her way up from operational roles on site into training, safety and recruitment. This hands-on industry experience allows her to assess workforce needs and candidate suitability with a practical, people-focused lens, balancing operational requirements with long-term career sustainability.

She holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, alongside a range of mining and workforce compliance certifications, including Fire First Aid, Confined Space and Working at Heights. She has completed S1, S2 and S3 and is currently working towards a Diploma of Human Resources to further strengthen her capability in people and workforce management.

Sarah has also contributed to Inclusion and Diversity initiatives across the resources sector, including Women in Mining, Girls for Mining and Indigenous Employment Programs. She is known for her approachable, values-driven leadership style and her commitment to creating pathways that support individuals, families, employers and the wider regional community.
