Integration Manager – Mount Isa & the Gulf Domestic, Family & Sexual Violence Integrated Service Response Team
Amy brings over 15 years of experience across the social and human services sector, including ten years in corrective services and senior leadership roles across domestic and family violence (DFV), guardianship, disability services and the not-for-profit sector. Her career spans both Queensland and Victoria, with extensive experience working at the interface of government, justice and community services.
With more than a decade of management experience, Amy has led multidisciplinary teams, delivered complex reform initiatives and established high-performing programs within state government and community service settings. She has contributed to significant system reform, including establishing Queensland’s first Case Management Unit (CMU) within Queensland Corrective Services.
In her current role, Amy leads integration efforts across Mount Isa and the Gulf, supporting a coordinated, consistent and collaborative response to domestic and family violence. She has played a key role in strengthening the Mount Isa Domestic Violence Action Group (DVAG) and currently serves as its Chair and Secretariat.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Criminology and Human Services) and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration, majoring in Project Management Concepts. She brings a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, collaborative leadership and culturally responsive service delivery, and is passionate about contributing to the Regional Jobs Committee’s work to strengthen regional workforce capability and long-term community outcomes.
