Phoebe Burgess, RJC Member

Phoebe Burgess is the Regional Director for North Queensland with the Department of Trade, Employment and Training. In this role, she leads the delivery of training and employment initiatives across the region, working to increase participation in education and training pathways that build a skilled local workforce.

The North Queensland Regional Office partners with industry, employers, and community organisations to connect people with quality training and sustainable jobs. Through programs that support skilling jobseekers and assisting businesses to employ a diverse workforce, the office plays a key role in driving workforce growth and economic resilience across the region.
